คุณอาร์เบอร์ โรจายา (Arber Rozahaja) ตัวแทนจาก Meridian Express ผู้จัดจำหน่ายสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคชั้นนำในคอซอวอ ได้รวมเครื่องปรุงจากทั่วโลก โดยเฉพาะรสชาติแบบไทยๆ ดังนั้นเราจะได้เห็นผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่มาจากประเทศไทย และในอนาคตทางบริษัทมีแผนจะขยายการโปรโมทผลิตภัณฑ์ไทยแก่ลูกค้าในคอซอวอให้มากขึ้นอีกด้วย

Mr. Arber Rozahaja, a representative from Meridian Express, one of the leading retail providers in Kosovo, had a small chat on their various flavors and products from cross the world. Thai products are widely available in their stores and the company also aiming to expanding Thai products to provide to their customers in the future
เรื่องราวความผูกพันของคนคอซอวอกับประเทศไทย
คุณชคุมบิน (Shkumbin) เป็นสถาปนิกที่ได้รู้จักประเทศไทย หลังช่วงหนึ่งในชีวิตที่เขาประสบความเครียดในหลายด้านจนต้องหาเวลาพักผ่อนให้กับชีวิต ซึ่งทำให้ประเทศไทยตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของเขาเป็น จึงตัดสินใจเดินทางมาพักผ่อนที่ไทยสามสัปดาห์ แต่กลับติดใจจนอยู่ต่อร่วมสองเดือนครึ่งเลยทีเดียว
ประสบการณ์ในครั้งนั้น ทำให้เข้าได้สัมผัสกับศิลปะวัฒนธรรมไทย จนเมื่อกลับบ้าน เขาได้เปิดร้านนำเข้างานศิลปะ หัตถกรรม และของโบราณจากประเทศไทย จนเรียกได้ว่าย้ายประเทศไทยกลับมาไว้ที่บ้าน เสมือนมีประเทศไทยในหัวใจของเขาอยู่เสมอ
Connection between two countries
Mr. Shkumbin, a Kosovar Architect, had a chance to get to know Thailand through a period in his life where stress and task had been overwhelming. He needed a moment of refuge and relaxation. Thailand was the ideal destination away from the familiar coldness of Kosovo at the time. From the intended short stay of relaxation, the enjoyment during his stay had him extending the trip to over two months and a half.
Even his return to Kosovo, the memorable experience of Thai architecture and culture has stayed with him. He later on opened a shop for arts and crafts from Thailand back at home. The shop represents his connection to Thailand in his heart.

Traditional Thai cuisine by Thai chef
Ms. Chintana, a chef from Thailand, had struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic, where the world was going to a stand-still, the lack of authentic flavors pushed her forward into producing all necessary ingredients for a real Thai flavors at her own restaurant. She pulls all the recipes from her childhood memories and from her family’s traditions to create an authentic and comforting Thai flavors for Kosovar customers and Thai community in Kosovo.
มิตรภาพดีๆ ระหว่างการศึกษาต่อในประเทศไทย
คุณริน่า (Rina) มีโอกาสได้ไปศึกษาต่อ ณ สถาบันการออกแบบที่กรุงเทพฯ ในปี พ.ศ. 2553 (ค.ศ. 2010) โดยเธอได้พบกับเพื่อนชาวไทยร่วมสถาบัน คุณบีม จิราศักดิ์เกษม (คุณบีม ปัจจุบันเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ก่อตั้งกลุ่ม IWANNABANGKOK©) ทั้งสองคนได้กลายเป็นเพื่อนสนิท ตลอดการใช้ชีวิตในกรุงเทพฯ เธอรู้สึกโชคดีและประทับใจในสังคมวัยรุ่นของไทย เห็นความคล้ายคลึงทั้งงานอดิเรก ความสนใจ และวัฒนธรรมคนเมือง กับชีวิตใน Pristina เมืองหลวงของคอซอวอ จนเธอมักจะเล่าให้กับผู้ที่สนใจเสมอว่าเธอรู้สึกปลอดภัยและสบายใจเหมือนอยู่คอซอวอเลยทีเดียว
A Friendship in Thailand
Ms. Rina had the chance to further her study in a designing institute in Bangkok during 2010-2011. There, she met a college friend, “Beam” Jirasakkasem (currently a co-founder of IWANNABANGKOK©). The two became fast-friends during her time in Thailand. She felt very lucky to experience the Bangkok youth scene and saw similarity in the young Thai interest and urban culture when compared to back home. She happily says to any curious parties that Thailand is as safe and comfortable as Pristina with her all fond memories.

ในปี พ.ศ. 2560 (ค.ศ. 2017) คุณเบลร์ริน่า (Blerina) ผู้หลงใหลในเรื่องของฝึกโยคะ มีความต้องการเรียนรู้ในศาสตร์แขนงนี้เพิ่มเติม เมื่อเธอได้รับทุนการศึกษาต่อ เธอเลือกประเทศไทยเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางในการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งประสบการณ์ในครั้งนั้นได้เปลี่ยนแปลงมุมมองชีวิตของเธอในหลากหลายมิติ เธอได้สัมผัสความงดงามของสถาปัตยกรรมและวัฒนธรรมของไทย ซึมซับความสงบเรียบง่ายของวิถีคนไทย เธอเชื่อว่าสิ่งที่เธอได้ค้นพบและสัมผัสระหว่างการใช้ชีวิตในประเทศไทยนั้น เธอได้ยกระดับจิตใจ รวมถึงตัวตนของเธอมากยิ่งขึ้น ทำให้เธอจดจำและรู้สึกขอบคุณในประสบการณ์ครั้งนั้นในชีวิตของเธอเสมอ
The beautiful Thai experience
In 2017, Ms. Blerina, a passionate yoga enthusiast, had felt the drive to learn more on the practice of yoga. When was successfully got an opportunity, she knew in an instant that Thailand is her no. 1 choice of destination. During her time in Thailand, she experienced the beauty of Thai art and culture. And most importantly, she was mesmerized by the calmness of the Thai people everyday life. The adventure in Thailand had touched her in many aspect of life. She is truly grateful and appreciates her time in Thailand that enhance her life in more ways than one.
เราเชื่อว่า ยังมีอีกหลายเรื่องราวที่น่าประทับใจ อีกมายมายระหว่างประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐคอซอวอที่เรายังไม่ได้ค้นพบอย่างแน่นอน แต่แก่นของการสานสัมพันธ์ในระดับชาติ นั้น เกิดจากรากฐานของมิตรภาพระหว่างบุคคล และความเชื่อมโยงจากใจถึงใจ ดังนั้น เรื่องราวน่ารักๆ เหล่านี้ ถือเป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างสองวัฒนธรรมได้อย่างดีอย่างแน่นอน
We believe that there are many more tales about Thailand and Kosovo that has yet to be discovered. Nonetheless, the core of a strong relation on the international sphere, stands on the foundation of the people-to-people connection. A touch of heart-to-heart. And undoubtedly, these lovely and memorable stories are the testament and bridge between two cultures.
